This comprehensive course will explore and compare a variety of sickle, curette, and diagnostic instruments including an evaluation of instrument design and how tooth and root morphology impact instrument selection.  Through guided hands-on instruction, participants will expand their awareness of instruments outside of their region, state, or dental hygiene program gaining confidence and proficiency in selecting the correct instrument for improved patient outcomes.
